Description: Work Schedule: Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! Provide specialized pre- and post-procedure care for adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, structural heart, and interventional nephrology procedures in UW Health's nationally recognized Heart & Vascular program. Care for a diverse patient population in a 12-bed prep/recovery unit, utilizing strong intermediate care (IMC) assessment skills while preparing patients for procedures, recovering post-procedure patients, and caring for select higher-acuity patients, including STEMI and TAVR patients requiring extended recovery. Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, anesthesiologists, cardiovascular technologists, and Cath Lab nurses to deliver safe, efficient, patient- and family-centered care. Pay: Additional components of compensation may include: Evening and night shift differential Weekend differential Float differential On-call pay Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred Work Experience Cardiovascular Laboratory: Six (6) months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation on unit/similar unit.
