Marketing Coordinator

Location: Clifton, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days per Week Onsite

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play an integral role in managing and growing the company's social media presence and overall brand identity. Working closely with the Marketing and Design teams, you will help bring creative ideas to life across digital platforms, e-commerce, wholesale marketing, and internal communications.

This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional who is comfortable managing multiple projects and enjoys combining visual design, content creation, and digital marketing. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and strengthening the company's overall brand presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging visual and written content for social media, websites, e-commerce, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a focus on audience engagement and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and execute creative campaigns supporting wholesale and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Create graphics, digital product renderings, photography, and video content to support marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with website updates and content management, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing, sales, product, and digital assets across internal and cloud-based platforms.
  • Help ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all customer-facing and internal marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing projects, product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
  • Stay current on social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging content formats.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience creating and managing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with photography and photo editing.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with an understanding of brand voice and messaging.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Video editing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with website content management and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual consistency, branding, and design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both creative and non-creative team members.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Clifton, NJ, five days per week.


Work Environment

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position based in Clifton, NJ. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Design teams in a collaborative, hands-on environment and should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
