Role and Responsibilities:


  • Running and maintaining the oil processor
  • Loading and unloading tankers
  • Schedule used oil pick-ups and new oil drop-offs
  • Walk the tank farm and check for leaks and spills
  • Monitor the tanks in the farm to make sure all gauges are working properly to prevent overflows.
  • Pull totes for departments when needed
  • Pull samples from tanks to test PCB Content
  • Drain tanks farm of oily water and label totes
  • Communicate with shipping and lab to arrange transfer of totes (totes may contain new oil, used oil, silicone, FR3, R-Temp, Mixed Oil)
  • Tear down specific scrap units chosen for parts harvesting
  • Maintain a clean teardown station
  • Organize and maintain the used parts room
  • Identifying dead stock and maintaining used part inventory
  • Helping main parts room and/or main shop when all other tasks are complete
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • 1-2 years' experience operating heavy machinery, preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a Warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Safe work record, required

Additional Requirements:


  • Mechanical background, preferred
  • Experience with Oil, Tankers, preferred
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools, preferred
  • Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers
  • Help team members with the work on site
  • A dependable and strong work ethic and keeps safety 1st
  • Professional language and conduct at all times
  • The ability to lift 50lbs, preferred
  • Must be able to climb a 30ft vertical ladder
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctuality
  • Must be a self-starter, works with little supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multitask.
  • Previous inventory experience is a plus.
  • Possesses ability to utilize Microsoft Office products (word, excel, outlook).
  • Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
  • Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.
