Schedule:Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM )

About the Role

As aCustomer ServiceRepresentative, you'll be the voice of our company-helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls-it's aboutbuilding relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation

• Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information

• Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service

• Resolve customer issues withcost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of high-volumecustomer serviceexperience

• Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellentverbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people
