Job Description Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Designer to join Visa Creative Studio as we build a best-in-class global creative team for Visa and the clients we serve. The ideal candidate bridges brand storytelling with performance-focused design-creating work that drives near-term conversion while building long-term brand equity. You're comfortable optimizing CRM and lifecycle programs for measurable results while elevating our clients' visual expression and design language. You deliver work that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably on brand. You'll report to the Global Head of Design and help shape how our studio blends performance rigor with brand craft. Success in this role goes beyond execution. You'll bring strong craft, attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver high-quality, scalable lifecycle design. You'll also help evolve templates, design systems, and workflows that improve efficiency and protect brand consistency. You have experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or in-house creative teams, and a portfolio that demonstrates fresh, effective thinking in lifecycle and performance design. You're strategic in your approach, able to articulate your rationale, and translate insights into clear, compelling creative. Craft matters. You bring strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, and motion), stay current on emerging trends, and ensure the brands you touch feel modern, innovative, and forward-looking. What you'll do:

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
