As a Rare Reagent Process Engineer, you will participate in the optimization and transfer of rare reagents as part of the new product development cycle and help improve existing products. This role is well-suited to a highly motivated and agile scientist with a strong desire to develop cutting-edge products for companion animal care. You will play a key role in advancing reagent and process development across the organization, working at the interfaces of organic chemistry, biochemistry, bioprocess, and material science to strengthen product performance, stability, and manufacturability. Why this role matters: This role is critical to ensuring new and existing reagents perform reliably at scale. By guiding reagents from conceptual design through process development and manufacturing transfer, you directly impact product quality, assay performance, and IDEXX's ability to deliver innovative diagnostic solutions to customers worldwide.
