We are hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for executing and maintaining the operational foundation of the Talent Acquisition function. This role ensures recruiting systems, reporting, processes, and compliance practices are consistently applied and effectively support hiring activity across the organization. The right candidate will work closely with the Sr TA Technology, AI & Analytics Lead to operationalize system changes, reporting frameworks, and process improvements, while serving as a day-to-day partner to recruiters and TA leaders to drive consistency, accuracy, and accountability in how work gets done. Why this role matters:It creates the operational backbone that lets TA Specialists focus on recruiting. Systems, reporting, and process execution are the infrastructure everything else runs on-without someone owning that, recruiters end up doing operational work themselves, pulling time and focus away from candidate and hiring manager relationships. Turning data into decisions and scaling the TA function lets the recruiting engine run reliably, transparently, and consistently at scale. In this role, you will:
