Production Specialist - 2nd Shift

As a Production Specialist, you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks producing high-quality water diagnostic product while helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train across multiple processes and build new skills that can help you grow your career with us.

Our Manufacturing team is dedicated to producing innovative diagnostic products using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO standards, helping keep people and animals healthy every day.

Shift Information: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

The products you help produce play a direct role in keeping water supplies safe and supporting the health of people and animals around the world. As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the high standards our customers count on - and you'll have real opportunities to grow your skills and career along the way.

In this role:

• You will perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks, producing high-quality medical diagnostic product reagents while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• You'll work with lab equipment, solutions, and reagents.

• You'll complete assigned production activities, both scheduled and unscheduled.

• You'll record information in Product Documentation in real time, helping ensure all transactions are timely and accurate.

• You'll follow safety requirements to help keep yourself and your team safe.

• You'll read and follow documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, and equipment manuals.

• You'll assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibrations.

• You'll complete assignments under general supervision, solve problems as part of a team, and take on responsibility as appropriate.

What you need to succeed:

• You have a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• You have strong data gathering and analytical ability.

• You're able to multi-task effectively.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• You work well both independently and as part of a team.

• You have PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

• You're a continuous learner who embraces a growth mindset.

• You typically have 1-3 years of production and/or manufacturing experience.

• An hourly rate target of $19 -$20 / hour, based on experience.
