Overview
The Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for supporting Titan Machinery's marketing initiatives by promoting and coordinating events that align with Titan's brand strategy. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring professional and consistent brand representation across customer events, tradeshows, and other community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee Event Strategy & Execution: Ensure consistent Titan Machinery branding and a positive customer experience across all locations and events, managing logistics and timelines for customer-facing events such as Combine Clinics, Open Houses, Demo Days, and more.
- Coordinate In-Store Events: Plan, execute, and manage marketing support for in-store customer events, gathering store-specific details, overseeing project timelines, and working with the marketing team to deliver materials on time.
- Manage Trade Show and Sponsorships: Coordinate and attend trade shows, customer demos, and sponsorships, ensuring proper support and event execution, and liaise with local stores to ensure needs are met.
- Support Event Materials & Marketing: Collaborate with stores and vendors to create event-specific promotional materials, secure co-op approvals, and handle all logistics, including invoices, display materials, and social media coverage.
- Post-Event Follow-up & Reporting: Ensure timely follow-up with event leads, gather photos for co-op guidelines, and maintain a detailed list of events and associated costs for internal tracking and co-op approval processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 1+ years' work related and/or related military experience, or 3+ years' work related and/or related military experience
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to do local, same-day travel (possibility of rare overnight travel)15% of the time and work flexible hours
- Ability to clearly communicate objectives, give and receive feedback
- Demonstrate ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrate client service skills and ability to develop positive business relationships
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong customer focus, both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of the Agriculture and/or Construction industry
- Demonstrated history of content writing
