The Small Business & Federal Compliance Manager oversees the Small Business Program and acts as a key point of contact with representatives from small disadvantaged, women-owned, small veteran-owned, small service-disabled, HUBZone, and Historically Black/University and Minority Institutions.

Reports to: Vice President - Strategic Development

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Compliance
  
  
• Required Experience
  
  • This position requires a minimum of three (3) years ofsmall business program/contract administration.
  
  
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  
  • Knowledge of the CFR, Public Law, FAR, DFAR, FAR/DFAR supplements and regulations.
  • Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to State and Federal Government contracting.
