Overview The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of Automotive customers through proactive account management, customer engagement, and consultative selling. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, focusing on strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, purchasing behaviors, and application requirements within the automotive industry. By leveraging strong communication and sales skills, the Inside Sales Account Manager will build long-term customer partnerships, increase revenue within existing accounts, and ensure customers view H.B. Success in this role is measured by customer retention, territory growth, account penetration, and the ability to develop trusted partnerships within the Automotive market. #LI-MB1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 + Incentive Plan.In addition to your salary, H.B.
