NRECA is seeking a Quality & Training Analyst to join our Insurance & Financial Services team in Lincoln, Nebraska. Position SummaryExplore the Analyst roles: One role is ideal for candidates with medical claims experience, while the other is best suited for those with training experience and retirement plan expertise. Both Analysts play a key role in supporting employee success and delivering exceptional service by facilitating training, evaluating quality and performance, and ensuring accurate and efficient benefit service processes. The position blends training, coaching, quality assurance, and operational support to enhance employee effectiveness, elevate the member experience, and drive results for the business units served. They also serve as a subject matter resource for complex processes and transitions, including member-facing situations that require advanced knowledge, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills. The work hours are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the employees' start time determined by the manager and employee. This position is eligible for NRECA's hybrid schedule, offering the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and work from home up to two days per week. Key Responsibilities
