Product Manager

Unlimited Service Group (USG) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead FixIQ, one of our key strategic technology initiatives. This individual will take ownership of FixIQ from its current stage and guide the product through continued development, adoption, and long-term evolution.

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with deep, recent Product Management experience who can translate customer needs into product requirements, balance competing customer, business, and technical priorities, define measurable outcomes, and continuously evolve a product based on performance and user feedback.

This is not a traditional Project or Program Manager role. Success requires demonstrated, hands-on ownership of products throughout their lifecycle - not simply managing implementations, timelines, and deliverables.

What You'll Do
  • Own FixIQ's end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, measurement, and continued evolution.

  • Lead customer-driven product discovery and translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Own, groom, and refine the product backlog and maintain a clear product roadmap.

  • Prioritize features and make ongoing product tradeoff decisions by balancing customer needs, business value, technical considerations, and product performance.

  • Define KPIs, business outcomes, and measures of success and use results to guide future product decisions.

  • Partner with technology, operations, field teams, and leadership to continuously deliver value.

  • Lead change management and product adoption efforts for new capabilities and enhancements.

  • Use customer feedback, adoption, performance data, and iterative learning to continuously improve the product.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of dedicated Product Management experience preferred, ideally across multiple products and/or organizations.

  • Strong, recent experience with end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.

  • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs.

  • Hands-on experience with customer discovery, customer-backed requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization.

  • Proven ability to balance competing customer, business, and technical priorities and make informed product tradeoffs.

  • Experience developing KPIs and measurable business outcomes and evaluating product performance and adoption.

  • Experience with change management and driving user adoption.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • A collaborative, curious, low-ego approach with a strong product mindset focused on continuous value delivery, iterative learning, evolving priorities, and long-term lifecycle ownership.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We're particularly interested in candidates who can clearly demonstrate products they have personally owned across multiple stages of the lifecycle and explain:

  • How customer insights influenced product requirements and the roadmap.

  • How they handled competing customer, business, and technical priorities.

  • How they defined and measured product success.

  • How they drove adoption and responded when results didn't meet expectations.

  • How they continued evolving the product after launch.

If you're an experienced Product Manager who enjoys understanding customers, making thoughtful product decisions, measuring results, and continuously improving products that create meaningful business value, we'd like to hear from you.
