Summary: The Director of First Impressions is the first person who comes in contact with all persons who enter the premises or contacts Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. (RIA). In doing so, this person is the first impression a person will make of RIA. It is imperative that the Director is always professional. The Director must always maintain a positive attitude while conducting daily duties and responsibilities. Prompt responses to potential lifetime clients (PLCs) and client needs, inquiries and requests are encouraged. Duties and Responsibilities:

The base salary range for this position is $46,500 - $74,400. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
