Coke Florida is looking for an Inventory Manager based out of our Jacksonville location. We're currently looking for 1st shift, working 2:30am-finish.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Inventory Manager, you will provide leadership for the plant's manufacturing shipping and receiving inventory organization. Inventory Manager develops, provides warehousing guidance and oversight for approximately 30 associates within the department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans supporting regional/local inventory and warehousing objectives including the development and implementation of strategies, processes and programs
- Develop SKU level forecast, supporting sales, distribution and manufacturing to reduce out of stock and maximize warehouse space
- Regularly raises team and individual performance standards; is supportive of and drives implementation of innovative ideas that promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Improves process and operational consistency to reduce costs
- Motivate, direct, coach and develop a diverse, high performing and engaged team to meet established goals and build organizational capability
- Demonstrates the ability to recognize and address the complexity of leading a diverse workforce; participates and actively supports participation in D&I initiatives
- Shares strategies in a relevant way with all levels; encourages organization to share his/her views and consistently projects professionalism, credibility and calm under pressure
- Inspires team to elevated levels of achievement through positive reinforcement and persuasive messages

For this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of increasing levels of manager or supervisory roles of people and processes
- Demonstrated ability to support a long-term warehousing plan showing year over year improvement in shrink, warehouse KPIs and warehouse cost
- Experienced in performing forecast
- Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing and inventory management
- Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement
