As a Workforce Acceleration Manager, you will help RSM improve how work is organized, how roles are designed, and how workforce decisions get made. You will work across Talent and business teams to support organization design efforts, build practical frameworks and best practices, and help leaders move workforce priorities from idea to execution.

This role brings together organization design, workforce planning, governance, problem solving, and project execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable bringing structure to unclear problems, turning concepts into practical tools, and helping teams make progress.

Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Business Partners, Talent teams, and business leaders to understand organization and workforce challenges and define practical ways to address them.
  • Lead or support projects related to organization design, workforce planning, position management, role clarity, governance, and workforce processes.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices that help leaders make consistent decisions about roles, teams, skills, and workforce planning.
  • Create recommendations, project plans, presentations, and implementation materials that help move work from planning to execution.
  • Support job design, career path, skills, and role structure work so leaders have clearer ways to organize and plan their teams.
  • Review workforce and organization data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design governance frameworks that clarify decision rights, roles, handoffs, and how work should move through the organization.
  • Help drive execution by tracking decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in organization design, workforce planning, workforce strategy, talent management, consulting, project execution, or related work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across teams and helping stakeholders move work forward.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience supporting or leading organization design, workforce planning, role clarity, operating model, governance, or complex workforce transformation work.
  • Experience developing practical frameworks, tools, best practices, project plans, business cases, implementation plans, or decision-making processes.
  • Experience working with workforce, talent, or organizational data and using Workday or similar HR systems, platforms, or software.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $205,200

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
