Office of Student Achievement The Office of Student Achievement (OSA), a unit of the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS), leads the development of programs, tools, research, and strategies that support the success of transfer, second-year, and continuing students. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Ignite Summer Launch Program. Note on Working Time This position must be available to work standard GT business hours M-F, 8-5 (or 7-4 or 9-6), as well as some evenings as weekends based on student programs and with advanced notice. Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. These functions may encompass a variety of activities related to program success including coordination of program marketing, program administration, program operations, and program development. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: research, academic and administrative management and staff with a school or center and across campus, vendors and sponsors. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to track details and manage timelines. Excellent communication skills with prospective and admitted students, their families, campus partners, and external vendors. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, as well as students and their families. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience teaching first-year or other transition seminars. Demonstrated facility with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills Include: Professional experience in a research university setting. Experience in the fields of student leadership development, first-year seminar programs, first-year experience programs, orientation programs, peer leader programs, learning community programs, or other student transition programs. Preferred Education: Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Leadership Development, or a related field strongly preferred. Required Documents to Attach

SKILLS Knowledge/Abilities Provide operational support for the Ignite Summer Launch & Momentum Scholars at Ignite Programs (40%). Manage, develop, coordinate, and assess various student-driven initiatives (40%).
