The Human Resource Consultant provides expert guidance and support to organizations on various Human Resource matters, including talent management, compliance, and organizational development. This position emphasizes the assessment of current Human Resource practices, the identification of areas for improvement, and the delivery of customized solutions to meet the unique needs of the institution. This job requires a working knowledge of institutional human resources policies and procedures as applied at the unit level as well as related regulations. Interpersonal skills and spoken and written communications skills are required as is use of office and HR specialized computer applications. USG Core Values
