The Opportunity: We're looking for an Executive Assistant I, Annual Giving to support the Assistant Vice President for Annual Giving and Philanthropic Engagement at UCF. This role plays a key part in keeping a high-performing team organized, connected, and moving forward. You'll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, and support communications that drive alumni engagement and fundraising efforts. This position also serves as a point of contact for donors, volunteers, and campus partners, helping ensure a consistent and professional experience across all interactions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
