Your role

In your role as an Assembler I at Atlas Copco Group, you will be integral to assembling high-quality products including compressors, generators, pumps, and medical equipment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will adhere strictly to established processes that prioritize Safety, Quality, and Takt time-ensuring efficient workflow and delivery standards are met.

Your core responsibilities will include:



  • Safety: Consistently observe and follow all safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, promptly report any risk observations or incidents, and actively contribute to workplace safety improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Commit to the "First Time Right" principle by utilizing detailed work instructions for mechanical and electrical assemblies. Conduct quality checks at every stage before advancing the product, and collaborate closely with line leads or supervisors when assistance is needed.
  • Efficient Delivery: Complete assembly tasks within allocated Takt time, supporting both on-time production goals and any necessary rework or repair operations to maintain line performance.
  • Cost Effectiveness: Strive to minimize scrap and rework by adhering to quality standards, suggest improvements to reduce assembly time through Kaizen initiatives, and remain diligent with standard time targets.
  • General Responsibilities: Foster a respectful, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with Atlas Copco's core values of Interaction, Commitment, and Innovation. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, actively participate in SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) procedures, and embrace continuous improvement opportunities. Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team success.


This role offers hands-on experience with diverse technological assemblies and provides an excellent pathway for professional growth within our Power Technique division.


To succeed, you will need

  • Associate degree in a technical field / relevant experience
  • Assembler I- 0-1-year experience (Min)
  • Hands on experience on mechanical / electrical assembly,
  • knowledge of assembly & testing processes of Air Compressor, Generator, Pump / medical equipment is plus.
  • Experience in operating tools/Pneumatic/DC & alignment/assembly equipment's.
  • Respect & contribute actively to the SHE procedures (Safety, Health, Environment)
  • Should have operating knowledge of systems & Basic Computer operation.
  • Fluent in English
