  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a coordinator or in the Home Care environment
  • 1 - 2 year of management experience preferred

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Training & Employment team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and administrative operations.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to meet staffing needs.
  • Ensure all onboarding, credentialing, and employee documentation is completed accurately and maintained in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage caregiver compliance programs, including file audits, training schedules, in-service education, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise administrative and reception staff to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Operations teams to address employee and client concerns, support training initiatives, and implement company programs and process improvements.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on service excellence, compliance, and workforce development.
