About this Role - Administrative Assistant - DOT We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's Driver Qualification Files in accordance with company and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines. What You'll Do - Ensure Driver Qualification paperwork is filed in a timely manner - Correspond with employees and supervisors to ensure necessary qualification information is received - Review motor vehicle records - Must be able to positively correspond with internal and external contacts - Investigate assigned problems using established company policies, procedures and practices. - Prepare and maintain reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, memorandum, spreadsheets and letters of transmittal - Assist in the continuous improvement of the DOT reporting policies and procedures. - Provide back-up support and coverage to other department members - Provide clerical support where needed What You'll Bring - Thorough knowledge of general office procedures and practices - Demonstrated multi-tasking and data entry skills, and prioritizing - Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Solid communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills - Solid computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office - High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred) - 1-3 years of administrative and/or clerical support experience What You'll Get - 401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth) - Paid Holidays and PTO - Medical, Dental, and Vision - Flexible Spending Accounts - Health Savings Account - Accident Insurance - Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Critical Illness Insurance - LifeLock Identity Theft Protection - Employee Discounts - Short-Term & Long-Term Disability For more benefit details click here! | |
