Position Summary The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for the leadership, financial performance, and operational effectiveness of Branch Civil's equipment maintenance organization. This role provides leadership and oversight of shop operations, preventive maintenance programs, work order management processes, maintenance budgeting, outside repair activities, vendor performance, and shop personnel development. The Equipment Maintenance Manager works closely with Equipment Operations leadership to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, control maintenance costs, enhance workflow efficiency, and establish consistent operational standards across all maintenance functions. This position reports to the Vice President of Equipment Operations. Essential Functions Shop Operations Leadership

Requirements:
Compensation Data Salary Min: $91,990.50 Salary Max: $157,700 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors. Travel Work Environment Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. The employee will sometimes need to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, and smell. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, midrange vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, andthe abilityto adjust focus.
