Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments to plant. Functions as a direct point of contact for customers, drivers, contract carriers and division employees in various departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Reviews delivery requirements, set by customer and builds delivery schedule. * Schedules both inbound and outbound shipments and communicates with affected departments and PM as needed. * Communicates with shipping locations outlining the specific compliance instructions for job sites. * Creates loading plan and communicates with loading Supervisor. * Independently problem solves any delivery issues, originating from the customer, carriers. * Back-up for raw material delivery appointments, system receipts, accuracy of paperwork to receive into system. * Take photos, document and complete quality checks of all finish good outbounds. * Performs dispatch functions for shipping office. * Ensure all drivers meet the required safety PPE for both our Yard and customer work sites. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Regular and reliable attendance. | |
