JOB SUMMARY The Director of Revenue Cycle Automation, Analytics, Epic Training & Quality provides strategic leadership for enterprise revenue cycle automation, performance analytics, Epic system training, and staff quality monitoring programs. *** This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle Operations leadership to identify and evaluate automation opportunities, develop business cases and ROI analyses, and lead the design and deployment of automation solutions across the end-to-end revenue cycle. The Director maintains accountability for the full automation lifecycle, including ongoing monitoring to ensure performance, stability, and expected financial outcomes. *** In addition, this role oversees enterprise Epic-specific training and revenue cycle orientation, as well as centralized staff quality monitoring programs that assess adherence to standard operating procedures. The Director ensures alignment across analytics, automation, training, and quality to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and improved financial performance. BENEFITS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
7 years or more of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle, analytics, automation, or related functions, including leadership experience. Demonstrated experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules and UiPath or comparable RPA platforms. Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle operations.
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Experience with AI-driven automation or advanced analytics tools. Experience leading enterprise training, QA, or performance improvement programs. Epic revenue Cycle certification or Epic build experience. JOB DUTIES
