We are seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health treatment center in Washington, DC. * Patient Volume: Adult inpatient and addiction care

* Practice Setting: Inpatient mental health treatment center
* Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team collaboration
* EMR / Technology: Utilized for documentation and care coordination Responsibilities
* Provide mental health treatment to inpatient adult patients
* Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and support staff for comprehensive care delivery
* Employ evidence-based practices to ensure quality care Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 subject to experience

* Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health * 5 years of experience as a PMHNP * Active and valid license to practice in Washington, DC
