Requisition ID req37722 Working Title Coord,Research Position Grade 10 Position Summary Position Summary The UNM Evaluation Lab is seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Evaluation Lab Team Lead to join our team on an On-Call basis. This position is designated as on-call and will work on an as-needed basis. Hours may vary depending on project demands, with an average expectation of 15 to 20 hours per week. The Team Lead serves a dual role as an evaluation project lead and an academic mentor. In this capacity, the successful candidate will guide applied, community-engaged evaluation projects, support graduate student learning, and oversee the production of high-quality evaluation deliverables. This position works closely with a wide array of stakeholders, including community non-profit organizations, UNM entities, government agencies, graduate students, and faculty. The ideal candidate will foster an environment centered on psychological safety, relational coordination, and collaborative problem-solving across all client and student engagements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
