Responsibilities
CADC- OPIOID CLINIC- HIGH POINT, NC Foundations Health fosters a culture of healing and community to aid in recovery from opioid use, substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health issues. Counseling services include individual, group, and family counseling. The CADC is responsible for providing a range of cognitive, behavioral, and other substance use focused counseling, reflecting a variety of medically necessary evidence-based, individualized, person-centered care.
