How you'll help us to connect to the world: You will focus onChannelPartner development and enablement for all Ruckus Channel Partners inthe fourteen northeastern states. As a System Engineer,you will perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, technical training, provide design input and review, solution-focused selling and positioning to all levels of decision-makers, and deliver presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and events. To be successful, you will have strong technical skills,industry knowledge,andexcellent experience as a customer or partner-facing Systems Engineer. Knowledge of the Ruckus wireless and wired portfolio and related technologiesis preferred, along witha proficient understanding of pre-sales engineering and sales processes,includingcritical account management. The successful candidate will be a proficient self-starter with strong technical skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as a customer or partner-facing Systems Engineer. The preferred candidate will also possess working knowledge of the RUCKUS wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies. This position is remote, requires 50% or more travel, and the candidate must reside in one of the following states:Virginia,Maryland,DC, Pennsylvania, New York,Massachusetts,orConnecticut,or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Qualifications: "Required qualifications for consideration:" Undergraduate or graduate degree (BS/BA minimum) in Electrical engineering; Networking Engineering, Information Technology; Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent proven work-related experience Minimum 5 years pre-sales or equivalent experience working with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi technologies A professional or associate-level networking industry certification such as CCNA, BPIPA, JNCIA, Cisco, Aruba, RUCKUS, CWNA, etc. is preferred Strong ability to support and manage the process of troubleshooting complex problems Highly effective technical presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent troubleshooting skills Requirements: "You will excite us if you have:"
