Education Requirements

  • Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance programs, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Knowledge of quality documentation, specifications, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience monitoring quality metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with internal auditing, CAPA processes, nonconformance investigations, and corrective action verification.
  • Familiarity with quality management software such as EtQ.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement experience and a commitment to operational excellence.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Must be able to perform floor audits, inspections, and process evaluations.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while reviewing documentation and quality records.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility as needed.


Job Duties

  • Oversee daily quality operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality documentation, specifications, and records within the Quality Management System.
  • Support internal audits, quality inspections, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead daily quality reviews, process confirmations, escalation management, and problem-resolution activities.
  • Partner with production and leadership teams to improve product quality, process effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
  • Promote workplace safety, quality culture, and adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
