Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to accurately read and use measuring tools, including rulers marked in inches and millimeters. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred. Experience using hand tools, light machinery, or assembly equipment is a plus. Ability to complete production documentation and quality records accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product assembly, inspection, and packaging processes. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and flexibility in changing production environments. Experience following standard operating procedures and maintaining quality standards. Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment quickly. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. Frequent use of hands and fingers to assemble, inspect, and package products. Ability to safely operate hand tools and light production equipment. Must be able to team lift up to 50 pounds and independently lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to perform detailed work requiring precision, focus, and visual accuracy. Job Duties Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company quality and production standards. Operate hand tools and light machinery to manufacture product components. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements. Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals. Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt to changing production needs.
