Now hiring for a Warehouse Machine Operator Location: Maple Lake, MN Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedules Available: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM Roll Up Your Sleeves: Let Us Put You To Work! We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn forklift operation if needed. Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. At least 6 months of machine operating, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Manufacturing or rotational molding experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand work instructions, operating procedures, and manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance is required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Job Duties Operate production equipment, power tools, and plant machinery. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Assist with assembly and production activities. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as needed. Move and handle materials throughout the facility. Maintain communication with team members and supervisors. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist in multiple departments as business needs require. Follow all safety, quality, and attendance standards. Support warehouse and plant operations as assigned.
