Role Overview
VersAbility Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Document Imaging Generalist III to support our X-Ray Digitization operations. This is an advanced production role responsible for accurately scanning, indexing, validating, and reviewing customer records while helping ensure work meets established quality standards and contractual turnaround times.

In this role, you will operate two digitizers simultaneously, enter and validate data, perform detailed indexing, and conduct quality assurance reviews of images produced by other Document Imaging Generalists. This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in accuracy, can maintain focus while completing repetitive and detailed work, and is comfortable balancing quality and productivity in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do
*Scan customer documents and radiographic film using document imaging and digitization systems.
*Operate two digitizers simultaneously while monitoring image quality and production requirements.
*Enter, review, and validate customer and document data for accuracy and completeness.
*Perform detailed indexing of incoming documents and materials according to customer requirements.
*Conduct quality assurance reviews of work produced by other Document Imaging Generalists, including identifying image defects, verifying image counts, and completing required quality checks.
*Identify scanning, data, image quality, or equipment issues and take appropriate corrective action or escalate concerns.
*Maintain accurate production, quality, and other required records.
*Handle customer records according to confidentiality, security, chain-of-custody, and document-handling procedures.
*Maintain equipment, supplies, and an organized work area.
*Consistently meet established productivity, quality, and contractual turnaround-time expectations.
*Follow applicable safety procedures, customer requirements, and organizational policies.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required
*High school diploma or GED equivalent.
*Demonstrated proficiency in indexing, data validation, and quality assurance/quality control review.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
*Strong data entry and data validation skills.
*Ability to operate multiple digitizers or pieces of production equipment simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
*Ability to maintain concentration and productivity while performing repetitive, detail-oriented work.
*Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn and use document imaging, data entry, and other required systems.
Preferred
*Two (2) years of experience in document imaging, scanning, digitization, records management, data entry, production, or another detail-oriented environment.
*Experience operating scanning, digitization, imaging, or other production equipment.

Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position scheduled: Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Candidates should be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in support of established production schedules and customer requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position works primarily in a document imaging and production environment within a warehouse/manufacturing facility. Employees regularly move between imaging, production, warehouse, storage, and other assigned areas.

The environment may include moderate to loud noise and active forklifts, material-handling equipment, machinery, and other industrial equipment. Employees must remain aware of their surroundings and follow designated walkways, PPE requirements, posted signage, and established workplace safety procedures.

The position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking; frequent use of computers, scanners, digitizers, and other equipment; and occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Employees may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and maintain sustained concentration while performing repetitive scanning, data entry, indexing, and quality review activities. Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties and physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
