Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Position Summary


The Fulfillment Analyst I supports daily order fulfillment execution for the Gates Mobility business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate order flow, coordinating across internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely delivery performance aligned with customer expectations. This position develops foundational knowledge of Gates' systems, supply chain processes, and customer requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Execute daily order management activities including order entry, maintenance, and status updates within Oracle and related systems
  • Monitor open orders and maintain accurate delivery commit dates based on supply, logistics, and system inputs
  • Coordinate directly with customers on order status, updates, and routine inquiries to support monthly order book alignment
  • Maintain data integrity across orders, inventory, and shipments to ensure accurate reporting and execution
  • Support tracking and reporting of key fulfillment metrics, including backlog and on-time delivery performance
  • Coordinate with Supply Planning, Logistics, Distribution Centers, and external partners to support order fulfillment and resolve routine issues
  • Communicate shipment updates, delays, or changes to internal stakeholders and customers in a timely manner
  • Support allocation processes and prioritization decisions based on established guidelines
  • Assist with month-end activities including shipment confirmation, backlog reconciliation, and invoice alignment
  • Contribute to process documentation and identification of improvement opportunities within daily workflows

Requirements and Preferred Skills

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships applicable)



Skills & Capabilities



  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (filtering, formulas, basic report building)
  • Ability to execute within defined processes while managing multiple priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including external communication
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment



Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary - $60,000 - $70,000
  • Relocation is/is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
