Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1 st Shift,
5:30 am - 2:30 pm
About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
  • Lead teams of 10+ fitters and apprentices while coordinating installation activities with the general contractor.
  • Read and interpret full-scale construction drawings and BIM models, document redlines, and identify potential change orders.
  • Manage daily schedules, project updates, RFIs, observations, punch lists, and site documentation using Procore or similar construction software.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, local, corporate, and project-specific safety requirements, including required training and pre-work safety documentation.
  • Track materials, coordinate pickups, resolve field issues, and provide accurate daily updates on team activities and completed work.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of experience in the installation and repair of all Fire Sprinkler Equipment.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Apprenticeship completion
  • Know and understand manufacturers' requirements for Installation, testing, and Maintenance.
  • Complete knowledge of NFPA 13,20,14,24,11,418,25 code requirements.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to understanding GSA P-100 and USACE 3-600 code requirements for Installation, Testing and Maintenance Government facilities.
  • Ability to read/understand designs.
  • Have or the Ability to obtain NICET certification.
  • Abilities in use computers and tablet devices.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Be able to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
