Production Associate (Overnight Shift) - Hartford, IL

Temporary Assignment | $18.50/Hour | Overtime Available

Shift: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Occasional overtime may extend shifts until 11:00 AM.

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with steady overnight hours? We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced production team in Hartford, IL. This position is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and are committed to quality, safety, and productivity.

Job Duties

• Operate packaging and production equipment to manufacture high-quality finished products.
• Fill, package, label, date, and palletize containers ranging from small bottles to 55-gallon containers.
• Monitor and adjust production equipment to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Accurately document production data, material usage, and quality checks.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stack, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures while wearing required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required (certification not required).
• Valid TWIC Card required.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, vibration, and occasional confined spaces or elevated work areas.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
