Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans within an assigned industry market.
• Identify emerging applications, customer needs, and technology trends.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive-level decision-makers.
• Drive opportunities from concept through production, securing design wins and long-term business.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and product development teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Develop proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage sales forecasts through CRM platforms.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry conferences.
• Generate market intelligence and support long-term business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, market development, product management, or applications engineering.
• Proven success developing new business opportunities and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling engineered products, advanced materials, precision components, or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international travel.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
