Location: Medical Center - Fort WorthDepartment: MaintenanceShift: Third Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Building Technician III is a member of the Facilities team responsible for the peak performance of the healthcare facility's most critical infrastructure. This role oversees the operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems, ensuring 100% uptime for life-safety and patient care environments. As the facility's Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Level III Technician provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex failures while optimizing and integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS).
