Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. What You'll Do Inspect parts for defects and complete repairs using body filler, fiberglass, and gelcoat. Perform patch paint duties while meeting quality expectations and production needs. Prepare, repair, and finish areas so parts meet customer cosmetic and functional standards. Use materials properly and maintain a clean, safe work area. Work with team members to support production flow and quality results. What We're Looking For Experience in patch painting, auto body, fiberglass repair, gelcoat, sanding, finishing, marine, RV, OR related work preferred. Ability to complete training/certification and perform duties to quality standards. Strong attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed. Good attention to detail and pride in finished work. Ability to work respectfully with all team members. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Exposure to noise, styrene vapors, fiberglass dust, fillers, and gelcoat materials. Ability to meet physical requirements for sanding, repairing, standing, reaching, and using tools. Required PPE must be worn as directed.
