Description

What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under supervision of a licensed clinician, the Social Work Clinician II provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports. This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies.

Shifts Available: Full-Time position (40 hours per week)

Full Time, 40 hours per week | Sunday-Thursday | 11:30am-8:00pm

Expected starting wage range is $76,640.99 - $94,601.94. The full wage range goes up to $112,562.89. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Must have a completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc. (A master's that leads to licensure)
  • Must be eligible for a Washington Behavioral Health License (LMHCA LMFTA LICSWA LSWAA), with an active license highly preferred.
  • One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
