Working in a remote based, collaborative, and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. Our Riders and members are extremely passionate about Harley-Davidson and the Regional Manager is responsible for fueling the flame of engagement, getting our owners riding more and having the best Harley-Davidson experience possible. This role promotes positive dealer, chapter, rally, volunteer and member relationships through management of member programs within an assigned region of the U.S. This includes but is not limited to:

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
