Senior-level professional position responsible for performing systems analysis across applications, processes, and data. Works with stakeholders and technical teams to define and clarify requirements, analyze system behavior and data, document solutions, and support implementation and ongoing system improvements.

Serves as a key resource between technology teams and stakeholders with minimal supervision.

Analyze systems and procedures, and design solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Analyze applications, systems, processes, data, integrations, and business logic.
  • Gather, analyze, clarify, and document functional and system requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, and system impacts.
  • Translate requirements into clear system specifications and technical considerations.
  • Use SQL and database analysis to investigate system and data issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support solution design and implementation.
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, workflows, and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain system, process, and requirements documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5 years of work experience beyond degree
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with:


    • Systems analysis and requirements definition.
    • SQL and relational databases.
    • System and process analysis.
    • Application and data troubleshooting.
    • Software development lifecycle methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms, including data querying and integration
  • Healthcare industry experience desired.


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
