In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients on the occupational therapy caseload in the hospital setting. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, meeting documentation requirements, and maintaining expected productivity levels.

Salary Range: $56.18-$73.99 Hourly

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Current and active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member, including sharing knowledge, providing and receiving constructive feedback, taking initiative to support colleagues, contributing to problem-solving efforts, and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Acute care experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Candidates with more than two (2) years of relevant occupational therapy experience may qualify for the Occupational Therapist II (OT II) title.
