In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients on the occupational therapy caseload in the hospital setting. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, meeting documentation requirements, and maintaining expected productivity levels. Salary Range: $56.18-$73.99 Hourly Qualifications Required Qualifications Current and active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member, including sharing knowledge, providing and receiving constructive feedback, taking initiative to support colleagues, contributing to problem-solving efforts, and fostering a positive learning environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members Preferred Qualifications Acute care experience preferred Additional Information Candidates with more than two (2) years of relevant occupational therapy experience may qualify for the Occupational Therapist II (OT II) title.
