The Highlights: Reporting to the Manager of Part-Time Readers, the Part-Time Reader works from home and reviews admission applications. The position has more of a seasonal nature as the majority of the work is concentrated between October - March, with training in August/September and occasional small projects in the spring/summer months (if work is available). The hours associated with this position are variable depending on the application load and there is no guarantee of a certain number of hours per week. What You'll Do: 1. The part-time Reader will receive training on how to review an admission application and he/she will be assigned applications to review and a deadline by which to review them. 2. The part-time Reader will receive training on how to complete small side projects related to the application review (as work is available). What You'll Need: * Baccalaureate degree, required. Position may require evening and weekend work in order to meet application deadline, and requires reliable internet access from home. The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $20.93 to $26.27/hr. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
