Position Summary The Specialist, Employee Lifecycle & Communications plays a key role in supporting NRG's employee listening strategy by delivering operational excellence across enterprise surveys, employee feedback programs, and lifecycle insights. This role serves as the operational backbone of NRG's Employee Listening program, partnering closely with groups across the organization such as Talent Business Partners, and business leaders to execute employee surveys, manage Qualtrics administration, analyze data, develop executive-ready reporting, and support action planning. The Specialist also contributes to employee lifecycle initiatives and communications that help improve the employee experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to translate employee feedback into clear insights that support better business decisions.
