• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail sales, customer service, or retail management experience preferred.
• Previous experience selling home decor, furniture, flooring, rugs, or luxury products is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

• Greet and engage customers while providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Educate customers on premium custom cowhide rugs, product features, quality, and benefits.
• Recommend products based on customer style preferences, size requirements, and intended use.
• Meet and exceed individual and kiosk sales goals through consultative selling techniques.
• Process sales transactions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail kiosk.
• Merchandise products and displays to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Open and close the kiosk according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide leadership support, assist with sales priorities, and help train new team members.
• Support scheduling needs and ensure appropriate kiosk coverage when serving in a supervisory capacity.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise weighing 30-50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and handle rugs and display materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
