$18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related technical training preferred


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operator experience required
  • Stable work history required
  • Experience working with production machinery and manufacturing processes
  • SAP experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards


Job Duties



  • Set up textile manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions
  • Operate machinery used in the production of fiberglass tubes and tubed liners
  • Monitor production runs to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs
  • Identify and correct minor machine malfunctions and assist with major repairs as needed
  • Report equipment issues and production irregularities to supervisors
  • Package finished products and complete all required production documentation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Perform shift handoffs and communicate production updates to incoming team members
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures

Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
