Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Orientation and training are from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Job Duties

  • Support engineering teams with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of electro-mechanical systems and prototypes.
  • Perform diagnostics using schematics, diagrams, technical documentation, and verbal instructions.
  • Conduct testing, collect data, and assist with engineering evaluations and design improvements.
  • Support implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Create and update work instructions, training materials, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback on product performance and manufacturability.
  • Develop CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials using SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Assist with tooling, fixture, and prototype design projects.



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework toward an Engineering degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
  • Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
