Director, Commercial Planning & Business Performance

Drive Commercial Excellence in a Growing Radiopharmaceutical Leader

At Jubilant Radiopharma, we are advancing patient care through the delivery of critical diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals across North America. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Director, Commercial Planning & Business Performance to build and lead the commercial planning capabilities that power strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic commercial leader with deep expertise in commercial planning, forecasting, pricing and contracting, sales force effectiveness, analytics, and business performance management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty therapeutics, or healthcare sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Commercial Planning and Business Performance Leadership: Lead and continuously improve core planning, pricing, reporting, governance, tools, and performance routines that support business visibility, disciplined execution, stronger accountability, and sustainable growth.

  • Customer Pricing and Contracting: Manage customer pricing, contracting, discounting, and deal review processes in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Market Access. Help ensure customer offers and contract terms are aligned with business goals, financial expectations, and internal approval standards.

  • Government Pricing, ASP, and Reporting Support: Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external advisors to support government pricing, ASP, reimbursement, and other required commercial reporting. Maintain clear documentation, reliable data, and timely follow-up on questions or issues.

  • Governance, Controls, and Performance Discipline: Maintain practical controls, SOPs, documentation, and review practices that support compliant execution, reliable commercial data, continuous improvement, and consistent performance management.

  • Supply Forecasting and Planning: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, and other teams to support supply forecasting, including demand assumptions, volume trends, and net revenue considerations. Provide insights that inform supply planning, financial outlooks, pricing decisions, and broader business decisions.

  • Targeting and Segmentation: Manage customer targeting, segmentation, call planning support, and territory alignment inputs using commercial data, market insights, customer potential, and account-level analytics.

  • Incentive Compensation Support: Coordinate incentive compensation processes, including rule setup, data validation, crediting support, payout calculations, exception handling, and field communication in partnership with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR.

  • Sales Training and Enablement: Work with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, HR, and other teams to support sales training, onboarding, field tools, product and process training, and communication plans that help the field team work effectively and use commercial tools consistently.

  • Business Performance Reporting and Insights: Provide clear, timely reporting on sales performance, customer trends, forecasting inputs, pricing and contracting activity, government pricing and ASP support, and key business metrics. Translate data into practical recommendations that improve business visibility and support leadership decisions.

  • Systems and Process Improvement: Partner with IT, Finance, and commercial teams to improve CRM, ERP, business intelligence, contract management, workflow, and analytics tools. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, reduce manual work, and strengthen commercial planning and execution.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, and other leaders to ensure commercial execution is aligned with business priorities and customer needs.

  • Team Leadership: Build and coach a strong team and manage external partners as needed. Set clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working that support accountability, collaboration, business performance, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial planning, commercial operations, sales operations, pricing and contracting, forecasting, business analytics, or related functions within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, specialty therapeutics, healthcare, or radiopharmaceuticals.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, talent development, performance management, and organizational planning.

  • Demonstrated success building and leading commercial planning, forecasting, analytics, or commercial excellence functions.

Preferred Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of commercial planning processes, demand forecasting, business performance management, revenue analytics, and commercial strategy.

  • Strong experience with pricing and contracting, customer agreements, deal review processes, and profitability analysis.

  • Experience supporting government pricing, ASP reporting, reimbursement-related activities, and commercial compliance requirements.

  • Expertise in sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, territory design, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, business intelligence, analytics, and commercial technology platforms.
