Make a Critical Impact as a Service Parts Analyst!

Are you ready to drive vehicle launch readiness and ensure seamless support for groundbreaking automotive programs? As a Service Parts Analyst, you will be at the heart of ensuring that every new vehicle, every platform variant, and every update is supported with the right parts, right on time. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will directly contribute to the success of global vehicle launches, impacting millions of drivers and upholding the brand's reputation for reliability. This is a dynamic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, collaborating across teams to bring cutting-edge vehicles to market.

What You'll Do:



  • Create, maintain, and release service parts to meet critical vehicle launch timing requirements.
  • Manage a high volume of part setups (8,000-10,000 annually) and changes (2,000-2,500 annually) based on engineering change notices.
  • Utilize internal systems to ensure accurate part setup and tracking.
  • Support various vehicle change categories, including entirely new vehicle families, significant platform modifications, styling updates, and minor improvements.
  • Escalate issues promptly to supervisors and actively participate in regular checkpoint reviews.
  • Track progress using internal dashboards and communicate status updates effectively to stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive service parts or as an automotive technician.
  • Computer proficient with Windows, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with the development of service products.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Materials.
  • Understanding of common service part practices and methodologies.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Enhanced MS Excel knowledge.
